What currency are your classes listed in?
Our classes are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unfortunately, there is no option for me to show other currencies on the website to automatically convert it, however you can use www.xe.com for a currency converter. Paypal will automatically convert the AUD into your local currency when you go to checkout. Please note that the majority of currencies (USD, GBP, Euro, etc.) are all CHEAPER than Australian Dollars :)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal as our primary method. You can use a credit card or bank card by going through the checkout and clicking the Paypal button, then on the Paypal page you can fill in your card details instead of signing up with paypal.
For our Monthly Classes, we can issue an invoice with easy instructions for instant and secure credit card payment. For details, please contact email@example.com for more information.
Why are your classes more expensive than some other online colouring classes?
We have a really broad range of classes available, ranging from as little as $5 up to $70. Don't forget that is in Australian Dollars, which is much lower in most overseas currencies, including USD and GBP. For the local currency exchange rate, please visit a currency converter such as www.xe.com
It is really important to understand what you get in each class. For example, a $70 AUD Technique class will come with a minimum of 20 Video Tutorial equalling many hours of colouring time, PLUS one on one daily feedback with an instructor to ensure you get assistance with your colouring rather than trying to work it out on your own. If you are comparing us to other classes please make sure you look at how many hours of video and pages of material are included, any additional features, and then the currency conversion. You will see we are very very competitive based on this, plus couple with our free private tutoring we give a very holistic and helpful learning environment unique to Kit and Clowder :)

Where is my class?
I've paid for one of your classes, what happens now?
Technique Classes: Thank you for purchasing one of our Technique classes! Our Technique classes are all manually loaded onto your account via our Class Room portal above. Our classes are always sent manually. I live in Australia so please ask to allow up to 12 hours delivery in case of timezone differences, however I do try to get these sent asap to you.
If you don't yet have an account, you will be emailed an invite to join the classroom that you have purchased. This invite will prompt you to make an account on our classroom website, or you can choose to do one now by clicking Class Rooms above. If you cannot locate your invite, there is a chance it has ended up in your Junk/Spam or Deleted folder on your email provider website. When checking, please use your actual email provider website (eg. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.), rather than a mail app like Outlook, Phone, or Tablet as if the email is suspected as spam it may be blocked by these third parties. If you have a Gmail account, please check the Promotions and Social folders also found on the Gmail website.
If you still cannot locate your invite after 12 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance as there may have been a problem processing.

Our Monthly Classes are email only and will not be found under the Class Rooms tab here on our website - this is only for our Technique Classes that people are not changing their membership on.

Is there a time limit on completing my class?
Absolutely not! Our classes, even our Monthly Classes, are all complete at your own pace as I know how hard it can be to stick to a time frame when life is happening in the background. Be assured that once you purchase any of our classes (even our monthly classes) that you will have access to this material forever. There is also no time limit on our one on one feedback in the classroom, so whenever you are ready please just say hi and upload your work :)
What brands of pencils and/or markers do you use in class?
We cover a wide range of brands and you do not need to have a full collection of markers or pencils to join in with our classes. In our Markers classes we cover Copic, Spectrum Noir, and Promark, and in our Pencils classes we cover Prismacolor, Spectrum Noir, and Polychromos. We cover a wider selection in our Monthly Classes including Copic, Spectrum Noir, Promarker, Graph It, Mepxy, Prismacolor, Polychromos, Derwent Artist, Derwent Colorsoft, Caran D'ache Luminance, and Lyra Rembrandt. If you don't have these brands, you can still learn from our classes with your favourite blends. Techniques do not change if colours do and I am always available to help with colour selection and alternatives if you don't have a large stash of supplies or prefer different colours.

Do I have to be good on the computer to do an online class?
With any website there will be a small learning curve if you aren't familiar with working online. Our classes are held on a platform called Ning, with each class having it's own group. From here you can either view the material easily online or print/download to your computer. If you get stuck we are more than happy to help to make sure you feel comfortable with the process :)
Can I download the class material?
Yes - all of our class material is fully downloadable for you to keep and access at your own pace.
Can I share my class material?
When you purchase a class you purchase a personal license for you only to use it. Sharing the material is illegal and is stealing. So much work goes into our classes to give you the best material available so we would appreciate your honesty with this. All IP addresses are recorded and checked for stealing; if you are caught stealing your class access will be revoked without refund and you will be removed from any of our community groups.
Do I have to upload my colouring to do a class?
Your level of involvement with the classes is totally up to you. I do recommend that you upload your colouring so that we can work together to make sure that you understand everything, however it is not necessary to complete the class. If you feel nervous or that your work isn't good enough, please remember that we all start in exactly the same place :) We are here to help and not judge.. this is a supportive environment that you can feel safe in :)
I teach live classes, can I still do your classes?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed to teach you to feel confident in your colouring. If you choose to teach live classes with your colouring skills then congratulations! I do however ask that you please do not reproduce in any way the material that is included with our classes without prior permission. You are welcome to contact me any time and we can talk about how to create some class material for you.
Please note that our classes are not a starting point to be used for creating your own online colouring classes. If you love our classes please consider sending people back to us as we put in so much work to bring these classes to you and hope to continue to do so :) Thank you!

Your classes are listed in $AUD - do you accept other currencies?
As I am located in Australia, our class prices are listed in AUD. However, paypal will automatically convert this for you, without any fees, upon checkout to your local currency. The plus side is the price is a lot lower in USD and GBP. I recommend to check a currency conversion website for the daily rate (such as www.xe.com) as it does fluctuate a little daily. I have given some approximate indicative pricing for you on the store page to help give an idea aswell.
Postage times for Colour In Bags + Physical Products
All postage on physical products is free worldwide. This is standard international shipping. Please note that standard international shipping, no matter where you send from or to worlwide, is 2-4 weeks as recommended by all postal outlets. In non holiday periods this is usually 2 weeks though. If you haven't received after four weeks of the shipping time (not the order time) please contact me at email@example.com so I can look into your order.
All orders ship within 1-3 days unless specified otherwise on the product listing page. I do not usually send a confirmation email after shipping - I will only notify you if something has gone wrong and your order hasn't shipped in the specified timeframe.
If you require express postage, please enquire for options.
1.1 Kit and Clowder is committed to providing students with an education of the highest possible quality but recognises that, from time to time, students may raise complaints or grievances about matters or issues relating to their experiences.
· 1.2 Kit and Clowder recognises that effective communication is of paramount importance when attempting to resolve difficulties experienced by students and is committed to a culture of openness, fairness and continuous improvement. We have a no toleration policy for bullying, racism, or harassment.
· 1.3 Kit and Clowder will follow transparent, fair and timely procedures for addressing complaints and grievances in accordance with principles of natural justice, ensuring that all parties are treated equally and fairly.
· 1.4 All parties to a complaint or grievance must act in good faith and seek to achieve an amicable resolution. Intimidating, harassing, threatening or offensive behaviours will not be tolerated from any parties.
· 1.5 All parties to a complaint or grievance must respect privacy and confidentiality, except where the release of particular information is required by law.
· 1.6 Kit and Clowder will keep all parties to a complaint or grievance informed of the progress of the matter and will give all parties reasonable opportunity to respond to outcomes.
As Kit and Clowder is based in Australia, we follow the law on Australia Consumer Standards for Services. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you asked for. Please make sure to read the Topics Included portion of the class sign up page to ensure you clearly understand what is being offered.
You can choose to receive a refund for the unconsumed service if the service has a major problem. Please note, this includes material that has not been downloaded.
Major problems include:
- a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it.
- is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can't be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
- does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot be rectified within a reasonable time.
- creates an unsafe situation.
Please note that if you have purchased a yearly monthly class membership, this cannot be refunded after you have received the first class. You can still cancel this at any time to avoid the next yearly payment, but your initial payment would not be able to be refunded.
If the problem is not major, we will endeavour to help and fix this problem within a reasonable timeframe. If we cannot fix this problem we will view it as a major problem.

All information within the classes is subjective to personal art studies and styles. If you seek formal training I recommend an Art College or government accredited course.
I have undertaken Copic Certification, however completing these classes do not mean you are copic certified. Please refer to Copic in your country for more details on certification.
